Privacy notice
This is a short notice for the waitlist only. It is not the full privacy policy, which will cover the product itself and will be published before anyone can use it.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store:
- the email address you typed, lowercased and trimmed;
- the time you asked, and the time you opened the confirmation link;
- the page that referred you here, truncated to 512 characters, used only to see which links brought people in;
- the constant value
landing, which records where the signup came from.
We do not collect your name, your location, your phone number, your browser's user-agent string, or your IP address. An IP address is used for a few seconds to slow down repeated submissions and is then discarded; it is never written to the database or to a log.
What we do with it
One thing: we email you a confirmation now, and an invitation when access opens. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train anything.
Who processes it
Three companies handle this data on our behalf, and no others:
- Supabase stores the waitlist records. The data is held in its us-east-1 region (East US).
- Vercel serves this page and runs the function that accepts the form and writes to Supabase.
- Resend delivers the two emails, so it handles your address in order to send them.
How long we keep it
- If you never open the confirmation link, the record is deleted 90 days after you asked. Confirmation links themselves stop working after 48 hours.
- If you unsubscribe, the record is deleted 30 days later.
- If you confirm and are not yet invited, we keep the record until you are invited, or until the quarterly cleanup removes records older than one NFL season that were never invited. We take a copy of the list before that cleanup runs.
Leaving the list
Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link in its footer, and the link works from any email we have ever sent you. You do not need an account and you do not need to ask us.
Deleting your data
Email prkerart@gmail.com and we will delete the record for that address. There is no self-service option while the waitlist is all there is; a person runs the deletion, and we will confirm when it is done.
Age
The waitlist collects nothing sensitive and offers no product yet, so it asks for no age attestation. The product itself will require you to be 18 or older, and that will be part of creating an account.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects what we hold, we will say so in an email to the list rather than silently editing this page.
